With over 5+ years in finance, my team specializes in Non-Profit taxation. We ensure your Trust Deed or Society Bye-laws are correctly mapped to your GST registration to avoid future litigation.

  • Renting: If NGO receives rent > ₹20 Lakhs from commercial properties.

Benefits for NGO

  • Legitimacy: Proves your NGO operates transparently with government records.
  • Input Tax Credit (ITC): Claim refund of tax paid on computers, furniture, and office rent.

Update the NGO's Bank Account on GST portal within 45 days. (Mandatory).

3. GST Board

Display GSTIN at the NGO office entrance and on receipt books.

Properly claim ITC on expenses to reduce cash outflow.
